Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to the actionstack documentation website, source code repository, packages, and any related support or professional services made available by epikodelabs.

By accessing or using actionstack, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

actionstack includes:

• Public documentation
• Public source code and releases
• Package distributions
• Optional paid support, consulting, or custom development services if separately purchased

2. Open Source License

The actionstack codebase is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0-only).

If you copy, modify, distribute, host, or otherwise use the software in a way that triggers license obligations, you are responsible for complying with that license. If there is any conflict between these terms and the AGPL with respect to the software license itself, the AGPL controls.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the documentation site, repository, or related services to:

• Violate applicable law
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the site or repository
• Misrepresent your affiliation with epikodelabs or actionstack
• Submit malicious code, spam, or abusive content through project communication channels

4. Contributions and Feedback

If you submit code, issues, documentation edits, or other feedback for inclusion in the project, you represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that material.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, contributions intended for inclusion in the repository may be used, modified, and distributed under the same license terms that apply to the repository.

5. Paid Services

Any paid service is governed by a separate written agreement, quote, or statement of work. That separate agreement controls pricing, delivery, support scope, acceptance, invoicing, and any project-specific terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The project may link to or rely on third-party platforms such as GitHub, npm, or other hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and epikodelabs is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

7. No Warranty

Except where expressly stated in a separate written agreement, actionstack is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, epikodelabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of actionstack.

9. Suspension or Changes

epikodelabs may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the documentation site, public materials, or optional services at any time. Updated terms become effective when published with a new effective date.
