Refund Policy

Effective date: May 7, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid services offered by epikodelabs in connection with actionstack.

1. Open Source Access

Access to the public actionstack repository, package, and documentation is provided at no charge under the GNU Affero General Public License v3. Because there is no purchase required for open-source access, no refund applies to that access.

2. Paid Services

If you purchase paid support, consulting, training, or custom development services, refund eligibility is governed by the applicable written agreement, quote, invoice, or statement of work.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

• Fees for work already performed are non-refundable
• Completed milestones, delivered reviews, and completed support sessions are non-refundable
• Prepaid amounts for work not yet performed may be refundable on a pro rata basis
• Third-party expenses, taxes, and non-recoverable payment processor fees are non-refundable once incurred

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a paid engagement, contact epikodelabs as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are evaluated based on the remaining scope, committed scheduling, and any costs already incurred.

4. Exceptions

If epikodelabs cannot deliver a paid service substantially as agreed and the issue is not cured within a reasonable time, a partial or full refund may be issued at epikodelabs' discretion or as required by the governing written agreement.
