Current policy

streamix is currently distributed as a free, open-source package. The documentation site also does not currently process direct purchases or subscription payments.

Because there is no direct paid checkout flow at this time, there are currently no standard refunds to issue for access to the package or documentation website.

Third-party purchases

If you purchase any third-party service, hosting, support, consulting, or marketplace product related to streamix through another provider, that purchase is governed by the refund terms of the provider or the separate written agreement that applies to that purchase.

Future paid offerings

If epikodelabs later introduces paid products or services, this page will be updated to describe:

• Eligibility for refunds
• Applicable refund windows
• Non-refundable fees, if any
• The process for submitting refund requests
