Refund Policy

Open-source access

streamix is distributed as a free, open-source package under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0-or-later). Access to the public package, documentation site, and public GitHub repository is free of charge, so no refunds apply to open-source access.

Commercial license refunds

Commercial licenses for streamix are delivered digitally and grant perpetual rights. Because of this, all license purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• A technical defect prevents activation and cannot be resolved — we will first offer a replacement license.
• The license was not used and was mis-delivered — refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase.

No refunds are provided for:

• Change of mind
• Discontinued projects
• Failure to read the license terms before purchase

Paid services

For separate paid services such as consulting or custom support, refund terms are defined in the applicable statement of work or written agreement.
